1. Upon arrival, approach your facilitator and sign IN beside your name
2. At the end of the class, approach your facilitator, sign OUT beside your name and give the facilitator your attendance slip to be signed.
3. When you return to class, give the stub to your teacher as proof of your attendance.
WARNING: We will still give your professors a final list to cross-check your attendance.· In case of lost attendance slip, proceed to the Secretariat Headquarters (CTC102) 30 minutes before your class. A Sec Com volunteer will check on which class you are enlisted to and will give you a new attendance slip.

Cut System
1. CUT = Non-appearance 15 minutes after class has formally began (upon start of lecture).
2. Only absence with proof of official school function (eg. you will be representing the school in a competition) and health reasons with a proof of medical certificate will be entertained. It can be dropped off at the Sanggunian Room (MVP200) from January 25-27. Otherwise it will be considered a cut.
3. No signature before and after the class entails a cut.

1. Registration will run from 8am to 12nn and 1pm to 5pm. Students may line up before starting time.
2. You will be given your registration slip, where you will first write down your top 5 class choices. Be sure to have your forms filled out completely (especially your required subject section, eg. INTACT A) before enlisting. A help desk will be available if you have any question/s.
3. If you have successfully enlisted in a class, the bottom half of your registration slip will serve as your attendance slip on ACP Day, Jan. 22, 2010 which you will show to your facilitators and surrender to your professors as proof of your attendance.
4. In case your enlisted class is dissolved, an ACP Member will notify you through text and e-mail.
5. YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR CLASS ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED ENLISTING.

The class takes on the country’s pressing environmental problems and ecological woes. 3. Promoting Environmental Awareness through Children’s Art

Find out how art can be used as an alternative medium for promoting environmental consciousness. Learn about Archt. JM Tejido’s 2 actual brands: Foldabots and Robotars, and how they grew from children’s book illustrations to toys. (Foldabots are cut-out cardboard robots kids can make. Robotars are robotic tarsiers that started out as a designer cardboard figure and will be launched as limited edition resin-cast designer figures in early 2010.)
4. Disaster Response of Different Sectors in the Philippines

The lecture will offer a look into how the different national sectors (including the DENR, the media, and the academe), responded to recent calamities within the first two weeks of their onset. It will inform the students of the dos and don’ts within the immediate period of a calamity.
5. Environmental Science in the Philippines (new title: Disasters and the National Elections)

We experience the hustle and tension of national elections every four years. National disasters, typhoons in particular, are experienced by our country much more frequently than that—around 23 times every year. The lecture will be a presentation on some presidentiables’ views on environmental and disaster-related issues, including their ideas of how to deal with this reality.
6. Waste Management in the Philippines

The lecture will inform students of how improper waste disposal has affected (and is affecting) our environment. It will also inform them of what they can specifically do to decrease the effects of these malpractices, and the science behind these processes.
7. Health Financing

Health and medicine are not all about operations, medical procedures and the like. There are other factors to consider in keeping our hospitals and medical centers up and running. Health Financing deals with the generation, allocation, and use of finances in the health system. And Dr. Buching Paterno is here to share all about this particular area, as well as about the profession of medicine as nation-building.
8. Sound Mind Sound Body

The lecture will take students behind the scenes of team sports, focusing on how discipline, teamwork, and healthy relationships must be practiced and possessed by all members of a team, so that they may successfully attain a common goal.
9. Kwentong Babae, Bata at Buhay: Dissecting the Reproductive Health Bill

It is a debate that has been going on for too long. Are you for or against the RH Bill? In this class, Ramon San Pascual of the Philippine Legislators’ Committee on Population and Development (PPCPD) Foundation, Inc. will help you discern whether or not the RH Bill is a favorable piece of legislation that is geared towards women empowerment, child care, and an informed pro-life choice for everyone.
10. Gusto Mo Bang Maging Boholunteer?: Sustainable Development Initiatives and “Voluntourism” in Baclayon, Bohol

Bexo Recreational and Aquatic Activities in Bohol or BRAABO is an organization that promotes sustainable development in Baclayan through various livelihood and eco-tourism programs in partnership with Ayala Foundation and the local government of Baclayon.
